Our Beginning
Handyspacecorner started in 2018 when three interior designers in Sofia noticed a pattern: clients consistently struggled not with choosing furniture, but with maintaining order after the design work was complete. We realized that beautiful spaces lose their appeal quickly without proper organization systems.
What began as weekend workshops for 8-10 participants in a small studio on Ulitsa Ivan Vazov has grown into comprehensive courses serving over 2,400 students across Bulgaria. Our first course focused solely on kitchen organization. Today we offer 12 specialized programs covering every room and storage challenge.
We've tested 347 different organization methods in real homes throughout Sofia, Plovdiv, and Varna. Only techniques that worked consistently for at least 80% of participants made it into our curriculum. This practical testing approach defines everything we teach.
Our Approach
We teach organization as a skill, not a personality trait. Our courses break down complex home management into specific, repeatable actions. Each lesson includes measurements, material lists, and time estimates. Students learn exactly what to buy, where to place it, and how long setup takes.
Our instructors are certified professionals with backgrounds in interior design, ergonomics, and residential architecture. The teaching team includes 7 specialists who collectively have organized over 1,200 homes. They understand Bulgarian housing layouts, from Soviet-era apartments to modern developments, and adapt techniques accordingly.
Course materials include detailed floor plans, product specifications from local suppliers, and maintenance schedules. We partner with 23 Bulgarian retailers to ensure recommended products are available and affordable. Average course completion rate is 87%, with students implementing at least 5 new systems in their homes within 30 days.

Our Mission
We provide practical home organization education that produces measurable results. Students complete courses with specific skills: creating functional storage, optimizing room layouts, and maintaining order with minimal daily effort. Our goal is 100 organized homes per month across Bulgaria by 2025.
Our Vision
We aim to establish organization training as standard preparation for moving into any home. Within five years, we plan to develop certification programs for professional organizers and partner with real estate agencies to offer pre-move consultations. Every Bulgarian household should have access to proven organization methods.
Practical Testing
Every technique is tested in at least 50 real homes before inclusion in courses. We document what works, what fails, and under which conditions. Students receive only methods with proven success rates above 75%.
Measurable Results
We track specific outcomes: storage capacity increase, time saved on daily tasks, and maintenance effort required. Course materials include measurement tools and tracking sheets. Students report average time savings of 45 minutes daily after implementing 3-4 systems.
Local Adaptation
All solutions account for Bulgarian housing characteristics: apartment sizes averaging 65-85 square meters, limited storage space, and specific architectural features. We source products from local suppliers with delivery throughout Bulgaria.
Continuous Support
Course enrollment includes 90-day access to instructor consultations. Students submit photos of their spaces and receive specific adjustment recommendations. Our online community has 1,800 active members sharing solutions and progress updates.
